From the moment we walked in to the dealership we were never made to feel like we were "sticker lickers", out for a day to test cars. We were introduced to Faith Fontaine. Faith was well versed in the Porsche product, and as we have four Porsches we knew she knew her models. We were particularly interested in the new Panamera and recognized we would have to wait for the new model to come into production within six months time. Faith, took our names and promised to call when they had one available to show us. Sure enough, she called. We went along and had a look. We were very pleased with the changes in the up dated model and decided that this was going to be the car we would get when we were ready to change. Faith never gave us any hard sell, she was always honest and when it came down to buying one we were able to sign up with confidence that we had the right deal. As Mr. Catena says on the Billboard “There are no tricks, or games, just an open and honest car buying experience!” Very True!! No request would be too much for him Most impressive is John's ability to listen to the customer and make sure you get what you want, rather than push you in another direction. He pays great attention to detail and is sensitive to all the customer's requests. We have purchased about 10 cars from this dealership, and while all the experiences have been good, John is by far, the best salesman. More
