Over the phone i met Joe Genty who was honest, worked with me to secure the car I wanted, was responsive to my requests, even post sale, was not pushy, and gained my trust very quickly. The management team behind him was very easy to work with. I was so comfortable working with the Ray Catena team that I bought a 2015 Targa over the phone before I ever saw or drove the car.
