We went over colors, pricing etc. The car was ready for me to pick up next morning 10am. That's my boy Mike, he will, if necessary to the extra mile for you in all aspects of anything he can assist you with. I experienced it first hand, I know. Flexible, customer-focused sales experience I started my search with my local dealership but when they couldn't find what I wanted, I expanded my search to John with Ray Catena. Even though they were 45 minutes away (as opposed to 15 for my local dealer), I wanted to see what John could do for me. Less than 10 days after our first contact, my car arrived at my front door, the exact one I wanted with the payments that made sense to me. John was flexible and helped find the car I wanted, regardless of how far away it was (800+ miles!). He was willing to e-mail me all documents so I didn't have to make the drive to the dealership and stayed in touch with me throughout the process, through phone, e-mail and text.
