On my way back to my office one day, I st I have purchased many cars over the years. This was my first experience with Ray Catena. What a pleasure. On my way back to my office one day, I stopped in to take a look at the Macan. I was thinking of moving from my Lexus to either a Mercedes, Jaguar, or Macan. I was "assigned" to Joe Genty who patiently answered all of my questions and asked if I would care for a test drive. I did. After the drive, I told him I needed to give it some thought and asked for literature. I was expecting a barrage of emails and text messages to follow my visit. Instead I received a cordial, professional voice mail the next day, asking if I had any questions and how he enjoyed meeting me. I then expected more messages and emails. I received neither. What a pleasure. I did give it some thought and went back to buy a Macan, largely due to Joe. I put too many miles on my car per year so I decided to finance through the dealership. Joe took me through the process seamlessly. I was purchasing through my practice. There was some issue involving locating my 49 yr old "business" related to our LLC designation. I really didn't understand the issue for I financed my Lexus through Lexus and never had a problem with credit, etc. I didn't have to do anything. Joe worked behind the scenes and got the job done. I'm enjoying my Macan and know that I picked the right dealership and was fortunate enough to be assigned to Joe. More
