He had a fantastic tech (Erick Colonnello) who spent about 45 minutes showing me all the tricks to the car as well. He also drove to my house to set my garage openers up on my car as I was having difficulty pairing the two. My overall experience was simple and easy. I will be buying another car through them in the next 2-3 years and will be using John again. More
