A great experience from start to finish We began our search for a new car about a month ago. Last Saturday, we decided to go with the Macan and walked into the dealership hoping we could leave with the car that day. Unfortunately our Insurance Broker's office was closed for the weekend - a hurdle that would've delayed the process - however, Joe took it upon himself to call our Insurance company directly to secure coverage. At that point we agreed that we'd return to the dealership to pickup our car, to give them time to prep the car 20 minutes after the scheduled closing time of 6PM. As it turned out my husband and I ran out of gas on the GS Parkway, en route to the dealership - I wish I was making this up. Long story short, we showed up about 90 minutes after closing time - Joe greeted us with a smile and walked us through the ins and outs of the car without rushing us out the door. He is an exceptional sales person and we truly appreciate how he handled all of our hiccups and questions. More
