Very Professional and Friendly 5 Star Dealership!!!! I purchased a 2015 Lexus 9003A ES Crafted Line!!!!! I soon as walked in I was greeted by the front desk woman and a sale person who happened to be b I purchased a 2015 Lexus 9003A ES Crafted Line!!!!! I soon as walked in I was greeted by the front desk woman and a sale person who happened to be behind the desk also!!!!! This was my first time in Lexus of White Plains dealership!!!! They were so friendly and professional right from the start!!! They asked me how I can help you!!!!! I told them I was looking to purchase a Lexus and I was told ok we will get you a sale person to help you!!!! With that said the sale person who was behind the front desk as I walked in said I will be your sale person!!!! His name was Peter Doyle very nice and friendly right from the start!!!!! So we sat down and when over a couple of cars I was interested in!!! Peter went to work on all three cars I was asking about right away as he was listening to what I was saying and asking him questions at the same time!!!!! I was honest with him about my knowledge of buying cars and that I had friends in the car business too!!!!! With that said he was very honest too and open and no game playing like most sale people!!!!! He printed out copies of all three cars I was interested in with all my option and gave them to me!!!!!! IS 250, IS 350 and the car above that I purchased!!!!!!! We spoke for some time and then we went for test drive on the cars with no problem he made it so easy and comfortable for us to do with no pressure at all!!!!! When we were done I told him thank you very much for your time and honesty and I will talk everything over with my wife because I went with my kids which may I add he was so nice to my two kids that it was unbelievable how he made them feel like at home!!!!!!! So I spoke to my wife and she wanted to go after work to see and tests drive the cars!!!! Peter was supposed to leave at 6 pm but he waited for us and he took my wife out for the test drives!!!!!!!! After that I told peter go home I know we keep you hear and I will call you tomorrow to discuss our decision!!!!! After Peter left we were looking at the three cars we were interested in to see all the option in those cars ETC!!!!!!! With that said two other sales men asked us if we had any Questions don’t hesitate to ask we know Peter is your sale person but we are a team here!!!!! WOW RARELY DO YOU SEE THAT IN A DEALERSHIP I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH that!!! I called Peter the next day and went over the price with him!!!! Went to see him later in that day and told him we decided to buy the car mention above!!!!!!!! We went for drive in the car with my wife and Peter!!!! As we were test driving the car he went over as much as he could with us which I through was very good and he was very knowable about the car and took his time explain it to us!!!!! It took us only two days to buy the car and within hours the loan was approved also!!!! Two Days later we pick up the car!!!!! Peter was very fast and efficient with the whole process!!!!!!! Each time we went back everybody was so nice to us do you need anything something to drink ETC!!!!!!! My son loves to go back to say hi to Peter and ask him for pizza and talk with him lol!!!!! With that said this dealership is well organized and know how to treat their customers!!!!!!! I would buy another Lexus from them without hesitation!!!!! I told Peter I will send anybody I know who wants a Lexus to him!!!!! In conclusion Ray Catena should be very pride of his dealership and all his workers without a good team you would not have such a good dealership!!!! I love my RX350 Steve Richman helped me find the car i wanted and Patrick Lomnitzer helped me navigate and to learn how to use all the buttons on the dash board. Excellent car buying experience My husband and I went to this dealer on Saturday. We walked in around 1:45 PM and within a few minutes we were set up with Michael Barone. While we waited for him, we had the opportunity to examine and sit in the model car we were looking to buy - it was right on the floor. Michael came over to us, answered our questions, took us for a test drive. He was professional and knowledgeable in all respects. We walked out of the dealership at 4 PM, having purchased a beautiful new Lexus IS 250. We came back on Tuesday night to pick up the car. I had been in touch with Michael during the two days - once to set the time of pick-up and the other to be sure he had contacted our insurance person (he had). Again, everything was ready for us and we were out of there in 1 1/2 hours. It was just great! More
