The Salesman made the difference Three weeks after my wife and I had our first daughter, we decided that it was time to upgrade our Jeep Liberty (no good for babies) to a new car that Three weeks after my wife and I had our first daughter, we decided that it was time to upgrade our Jeep Liberty (no good for babies) to a new car that will be comfortable for our baby. We went to a number of dealers and had settled on the Acura MDX. A few days before our appointment with Acura to sign the papers, we were driving down Tarrytown Road in White Plains and saw the lexus Dealer. We stopped, test drove a RX350 and went on home. During our test drive, the Tech guy (his name is Wilson) made us feel extremely comfortable; almost like we were old friends. He was very knowledgable of the car, and he discussed the strength of car without bashing any of its competitors. That was a new and refreshing experience for us... Seems like every dealer before that were fighting against each other. As a result, my wife shifted her interest a little to Lexus. I didn't. A few days later, my wife insisted that we check out Lexus one more time. It was the day we were to go and buy an Acura. We went to the same Lexus Dealer and met with Fabio. fabio is calm, knowledgable of his product and extremely accommodating. He listened to us and promised to work very hard to satisfy us. He offered us the payment we were comfortable with. He offered us top dollar for our trade and he promised that the process would be seamless. He was convincing, very friendly and calm... Did I say Calm? He was CALM!. He made us very very comfortable just talking with him. We spoke about our new baby and he indulged us. Buying a new car is a big decision, and he understood that and made sure that all of our questions were answered. He let us know that if we buy a car from them, that they'll always be there for us... Like family. After speaking with Fabio for about an hour, my wife decided that she wants the 2015 Lexus RX350 from Ray Catena Lexus.... I had to give in to her (those who are married will understand). I had to run out for a bit, so my wife went ahead and took care of the paperwork with Fabio. When I got back, I realized that an option I thought was standard was not on the car. Acura has that option so I got livid and went off at the dealership. During my rant, Fabio remained calm. He looked at me and told that he understood my position, and he calmly asked me if I would allow him the opportunity to satisfy me by "making it right". I was shocked that he said that. I wasn't expecting him to take responsibility for something that was no fault of his. Nonetheless, I said ok. The next morning, Fabio sent one of the Lexus employees to my home with a loaner. The employee picked my car up and took it the dealer and put the option on. We'd already signed the papers, so he didn't have to do that. Oh yeah... They washed my new car...lol! Love it! Immediately after that, I knew that my wife had made the right decision. We decided that we would take the loaner back and pick our car up. When we got there, we met with Fabio and the very first thing he asked us was how our baby is doing... WOW! Did I say "like family"? He treated us like family! Wish we'd gone to that dealer first! Then again, we might not have gotten Fabio as our Salesman. Everything happens for the best. Truth is; we went to Ray Catena on the day we were to get an Acura (We told our entire family that we were getting a MDX), we just wanted a last look at the RX350. Meeting with Fabio made my wife forget about Acura. And when he took care of us even after we already got the car, I forgot about Acura. If ever you are in the market for a new car, you have to stop in at Ray Catena Lexus in White Plains NY and make sure you ask for Fabio Villa. I'm sure all the salesmen and women are great, but we dealt with Fabio and we are happy with our purchase and the commitment we made for our newborn daughter. Fabio is Da Man! More

My husband, who had not planned on getting a new car, came back with me to test drive the car and fell in love with it. Michael was able to give us a great deal on leasing two ES300s. He was very professional and my husband and I both agreed that our experience with Michael and everyone we interacted with made this an incredibly pleasant, easy and actually fun experience. I've subsequently been in for my 5,000 mile service and that was a very positive experience as well. More
