I stopped into Ray Catena lexus of White Plains for a quick oil change an I encounter a fabulous gentleman named Franky who immediately made me feel welcomed and very comfortable. From there, Franky brought me onto them sales floor and introduced me to Tim Feighery who was equally as nice. I told Tim exactly what I was looking for and within 3 days I was in my new car. It has all the features that I wanted plus more. All my other cars used premium fuel and to find a Luxury Car that uses regular fuel and has so much leg room, I was ecstatic. We entered the dealership just to gather information and were discouraged by a lackluster interchange with Tim F. He just didn't seem interested almost as if he profiled us either by the hoooptie we pulled up in, nationality, not quite sure... he gave us the highest price quotes told us we could only take advantage of the advertised deal on a very basic model.. Well there are no basic cars at ray catena.. most models have minimal packages that ensure you enter the market with a decently equipped luxury car. We had inquired online and Fabio received our inquiry. From that interchange we had to return. Fabio was patient, honest, fair and helpful. He had to order our car and he did so with a smile while most dealers really want you to take what is in stock. He never called us after test driving, instead he gave us time to make our own decision. We love the car, we've been in contact since purchasing 3 months ago and Fabio has been just as friendly. We now see how friendships and bonds can be fostered over large purchases and how car buying is not as bad as we hear it can be.. Your salesperson can make or break the deal!! More
