My go to Lexus Dealer - Rick, Steve and Jim are the best!!! The best Lexus dealer hands down in New York! I purchased a RX 350 and went through negotiations with 3 Lexus dealers (Tri-State, Manhattan, and Ray The best Lexus dealer hands down in New York! I purchased a RX 350 and went through negotiations with 3 Lexus dealers (Tri-State, Manhattan, and Ray Catena) before deciding on purchasing from Rick Brogan at Ray Catena for several reasons. First, they were the most professional, least pushy, and fair priced of the bunch. Second was their efficiency. They went very quickly to a fair price we both agreed on within a few emails. The other two dealers insisted I come in and the negotiations were dragged out for literally hours at the dealer. Luckily, I'm a patient and frugal person and walked out when I didn't see the deal happening. Third, they were the most honest and friendly of the bunch. Rick told me they didn't have the physical car optioned out I was looking for on their lot, but said they could easily obtain it through a dealer trade. The other two Lexus dealers I dealt with said the car I was looking for was not available at any dealer. Fourth, their service is really top notch. They transferred plates, roof racks, ez pass, and all of the junk I kept in my old Audi to the new RX and Rick did this himself along with a full run down of all the tech in the new car. Finally, Ray Catena's dealership is the swankiest of the bunch with good food, space, and coffee in their lounge. Ray Catena was the first and last dealer I went to and I'm so glad I did. Bonus was the fun conversations I got to have with Rick and Steve. They really are nice guys with the best hair and no hair, respectively, of any sales team in the city. I'm actually looking forward to getting to see and chat with them again at my next servicing. Highly Recommend! More
