He genuinely wanted to get us in the right vehicle for us. Tom is very knowledgeable about the Lexus lineup and helped guide through all the options available to us. Once the sale was complete, we could not pick up the SUV immediately as we had some prior commitments. Tom volunteered to stay late for us. He had some at the dealership stay late and walk us through all the features of our SUV while he completed all the paperwork. He even made sure to take the plates off our trade in and put them on the SUV. The entire process was as smooth as can be.
