He listened to my needs and guided me in making the right decision. He continues to be responsive, patient and helpful after the purchase whenever I call or come in with questions. This is the worse Dealer ever, I bring my Lexus RX for service and because I didn’t purchase my vehicle with them the service was denied and I asked for inspection and the mechanic was eating at this time service and because I didn’t purchase my vehicle with them the service was denied and I asked for inspection and the mechanic was eating at this time and he leave the trash inside, and I went back to him and he didn’t even say sorry… Never again I call Ray Catena for any reason…Ury Torres. We have purchased 3 Lexus vehicles from Ray Catena dealerships. The process was cordial and we obtained excellent prices. The vehicle service has been very good. We recently heard a squeak in a 2021 dealerships. The process was cordial and we obtained excellent prices. The vehicle service has been very good. We recently heard a squeak in a 2021 Lexus GX 460 when slowly rolling over a speed bump. The technician was determined to find the cause. We went for a ride and reproduced the noise. We were provided with a loaner and a front spring, shock, strut mount and several other parts were replaced. It was a superb experience. Fixed and not the classic dealer move of "we didn't hear it or find it". Ray Catena dealerships are "class acts" who provide the support customers deserve and respect. More
Unresponsive. I leased our last two vehicles from Ray Catena. I reached out to the rep who sold us the car, who said he would have the finance manager get back to us. Nothing. I then left 3 messages, over the course of a week for the finance manager and no response. So, I used a 3rd party financial institution to do the financing. Am amazed that Ray Catena doesn't value our business enough to return a phone call. More
I recently leased a 2022 IS 350 F Sport. This is the third Lexus I have leased from Ray Catena Lexus. Specifically from Shavaune. He has been nothing less than wonderful to deal with. From the first vehicle I leased to now, Shavaune always kept me updated. He has always gone out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Shavaune in my opinion is what a professional car salesman should be like. He always listens and provides great feedback as well as answers any questions I have ever had. Shavaune is very polite, professional, courteous, and friendly, and in my opinion, he really cares for his customers. As long as he is a salesman I will never bother going to anyone dealership or salesperson, except him. He really is a one-of-a-kind person. I feel he is a major asset to Ray catena, and they are fortunate to have such a great person representing them as part of their sales force. More

Service department needs a lot of training and customer service skills. John Turiano decided it was a great idea to argue with a long term customer on Friday. I came in for my service and was set expectations by another service member in regards to my service and I was argued about it until a manager was called over. Unfortunately, the manager was just as concerned about $$ and not satisfying a customer of 13 years. After 3 hours, my car was still being “washed” and when asked about it John was aggressive and dismissive. A young man saw my face, followed me into the service waiting area and apologized for his lack of professionalism. He showed me where the managers sat if i wanted to communicate with them. This was a disappointing experience. No customer should ever feel as if she isn’t wanted there or mistreated. At the end of waiting my 3 hours, i was told my car was ready. There was no thorough explanation of what was done to my car, all that mattered was I had a credit card ready to pay and was dismissed. Huge disappointment. More
