Tim went above an beyond in finding and attaining a specific vehicle for us and truly appreciate his efforts! Wilson did a great job in showing and explaining the new features of the vehicle and not repeating those features we are familiar with on our other Lexus vehicles. We started doing business with Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains by having our cars serviced with Sal Cirillo and have been so impressed with the complete buying and service experience. By far the best of the many dealerships I have done business with in the past! Well done! More

He listened to all of my wants and needs and really got to know me. I felt very relaxed throughout the meetings and he made me feel welcome and cared for. I went to Pepe Inifiniti around the same time and my experience was subpar. I felt like the Inifiniti consultant wasn't even trying to sell me a car and I was just turned off by the overall vibe. I know that getting a commission is important but I felt that Michael Barone truly cared about me as a customer and not just my money. Even the Sales Manager Nick Manzi made it a point to stop by and show genuine interest in my car-buying experience. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family! More

This was my first time leasing a car and I was not completely knowledgeable on the process, but he was extremely informative. He set me up with the NX 300 FSport and I couldn't be happier. He explained everything every step of the way, and the process couldn't be more flawless. I went to other dealers before Lexus because I was not sure exactly what car I wanted, and didn't feel nearly as comfortable or trusting as I did with Fabio. I mentioned I liked the red bows that were on the cars in the showroom, and he added a very sweet touch of putting one of the bows on my car when I went to pick it up! No doubt I'll be returning to him after my lease it up for another Lexus. More
