He gave me a competitive price over the phone and stuck with it the entire way through. On delivery he explained the car to my wife thoroughly and took the time to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our knowledge of the vehicle before driving it off the lot. We were in and out of the dealer in less than an hour, which meant a lot given it was a few days before Christmas and we had lots to do. Not really sure what more you can ask for.
