His patience and personal engagement really made a major difference. Also Wilson was fantastic at explaining the bells and whistles of the chosen vehicle (ES350). At time of renewal I considered checking Mercedes and BMW but decided that there was no reason to change as I am very happy with the results of having a Lexus. Second time around: Mike did it again. He understood what I wanted in a vehicle and this year I opted for the 2018 NX, whereas, previously I drove the IS 250. I never Michael pressuring me. He's forthright. He's laid back and has a good sense of humor. He's very good about educating a customer about the pros and cons of a vehicle's features. In fact, we had a back and forth dialogue about what vehicle would best fit my needs and pocket book. So, I never look back after purchasing a vehicle from Michael. I'm thoroughly enjoying my driving experience now. More
