Ray Catena has a great asset in Michael Barone. Mike is a gentleman. He was the true differentiation 3 years ago when I leased the first car. His patience and personal engagement really made a major difference. Also Wilson was fantastic at explaining the bells and whistles of the chosen vehicle (ES350). At time of renewal I considered checking Mercedes and BMW but decided that there was no reason to change as I am very happy with the results of having a Lexus. Second time around: Mike did it again. No doubt that the car itself was the key element on deciding to renew a lease but dealing with Mike and the great maintenance service of Ray Catena sealed the second deal. A total pleasure. More
