The staff in this service department is always curt. If you need any type of service done DO NOT GO HERE. Every time I'm in this dealership for service they seem annoyed God forbid I bother them by asking a question. I stopped in on Saturday to get the regular service done on my lease. This guy was very quick to let me know it was 2:30 and they were closing at 3. Fine, I get it sometimes we all just want to go home. I offered several times to leave and come back another day with the car. I explained I needed the regular service done and if this took a long time I was happy to come back. This guy goes outside without saying a word to me comes back over to the desk (which I felt so uncomfortable at I never even sat down) says “no, they can do it.” He asks for the keys and says “so you just want oil?” I said “yeah, well the regular service.” With an attitude he responds “so just the oil” and walks away. I walk inside to sit down and I realize I also need the tires and everything rotated so I go out and ask “wait you’re just going to change the oil, nothing else?” Again with an attitude he says “well what else is there?” I said “checking the tire pressure and everything.” Again with an attitude he says “well obviously, that’s part of it” to which I responded “you just told me you were only checking the oil not the oil and tires, so which one is it.” Again being a complete xxx this guy with an attitude says “if there is a problem we will obviously let you know.” So I walked inside and went to sit down when I realized I don’t have to give these people my money when I can just go to Larchmont where they don’t treat you like this. More

I worked with Fabio Villa and he was amazing, down to earth, straight forward, knowledgeable about all the models of the cars, and just so genuine. I did not feel pressured at all nor did I feel as if I was getting the run around for him to just make a sale. After I saw the cars Fabio worked with me to get me to a price where I can afford to drive my dream car. I also was in route to visit another Lexus dealer when my husband said no because he felt comfortable with Ray Catena Lexus, and he felt they were giving us the BEST deal. I was a little indecisive when it came to picking the color of he car I wanted, I actually changed my mind about 100 times (sorry again Fabio), but Fabio was patient, and never once rushed me or put pressure on me to make a decision. This is something I am grateful for because buying a car is a decision where a lot of thought has to be put into things, and Fabio let me take all the time I needed to make the best possible decision. Shavaune was very knowledgeable about the specifics of the new 2018 RX and walked me through all my questions. He was thorough when reviewing the details of my lease. He was a pleasure to work with and made everything happen so quickly and easily, and even contacted my insurance company to update the critical paperwork.
