Shavaune is extremely knowledgeable and personable and went out of his way to make the leasing experience as smooth as possible. He went so far as to send me a 4 1/2 minute video of the NX300 that he had taken with his cell phone knowing that I lived approximately 45 minutes away. Shavaune is also a believer of the Lexus brand and seems to really care about his customer's satisfaction. Everyone considering the purchase or lease of a Lexus should speak to Shavaune.
