My salesman Michael Bergman couldn’t have been more helpful and patient. From the beginning of the sale, including negotiations , test drive, explanation of the workings of the cars etc., Michael was wonderful. I leased a car from him a few years ago and he was always available whenever I had a question. Three years ago I originally leased an ES 350 which I loved but now I wanted an SUV and just leased an NX 300. I’m sure I’m going to be happy with my new SUV. Thank you Michael and Ray CATENA of Westchester for making my purchase of a new car a very pleasant one. More
