Poor previous customer service afterwards The purchase was fine. However, after a year or so, we needed to trade in the vehicle purchased there and then cancel a tire & wheel protection con The purchase was fine. However, after a year or so, we needed to trade in the vehicle purchased there and then cancel a tire & wheel protection contract purchased with the vehicle. We went into the dealership again on 2/4/2019 as suggested by the 800 representative to ask them for helping us file the request for cancellation. A guy from financial service took our contract and guaranteed to do such request for us only to our disappointment to find out that they since failed to file the request for us today (3/8/2019) after calling the 800 number for a status report. Would definitely not have much faith in their services for (previous) customers and would not be their customers again when later considering another lexus vehicle. More

AMAZING SERVICE Me and my wife went to look for a 6 seater for our family. We wanted to try the Lexus since we heard great feedback about their cars. We randomly visit that lexus location, we have 3 of them close to our house. From the moment we enter the dealership we felt like it was all about us! They patiently showed us all our options, took us for a test drive and showed us few options we didn't had in mind. we spend there A LOT of time since both me and my wife had a different car on out minds. Again, they were extremely patient, gave us our time and space, and in the end of the day, they gave us an amazing deal, and I can tell you we did our research! We worked with Mike Barone who had great knowledge, which really helped us given our situation (-: and I can tell you I had some really bad experience in the past with some luxury dealerships. More
