Tim Feighery is incredibly efficient, finds me my car and the best lease value and is a really wonderful person. But it doesn't stop there. The service department is available, reliable and efficient. Alan Honig and his team keep my cars well maintained and over the past 15 years I have NOT had a single problem except for 1 or two flat tires caused by road debris or curb parking damage:) What more can you ask for? TOP NOTCH I rarely write reviews, but this is truly necessary for those of us who consider buying a vehicle a very important decision which isn’t made often. I rarely write reviews, but this is truly necessary for those of us who consider buying a vehicle a very important decision which isn’t made often. This dealership was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We specifically dealt with Tim Flagherty who was a total professional from start to finish and made the process of buying a certified RX painless. Please realize that this is NOT the case with all Lexus dealers. We went to 2 other dealers (in NJ) who were not only “typical” slovenly salespeople trying to BS their way through nonsense “fees” in a cheap suit, but they weren’t even knowledgeable about the product they sell. It was a disgrace as they, again, tried to BS their way through a question they didn’t know the answer to, rather than saying they didn’t know and would find out. We have no tolerance for that type of total disrespect, nor should anyone else, especially when you are looking to drop $40-50K on a vehicle, or more. Ray Catenas outfits are much better than “average” in the physical condition of their dealerships, their standards for certifying their vehicles and the quality of people they hire from their receptionists to their salespeople to the one who educated us on the vehicle when we took delivery. And their prices are no different (or even less) than the “ shyster” outfits, and you won’t deal with the nonsense. I would not hesitate to recommend Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains or to use them again myself tomorrow (if I had the money for another vehicle LOL) More

Lifelong Client, Thanks to their Customer Service! Everyone that I had the pleasure of dealing with at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains was exceptionally professional and trustworthy. Dan Zaccagnino an Everyone that I had the pleasure of dealing with at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains was exceptionally professional and trustworthy. Dan Zaccagnino and Nick Manzi proved why this dealership is so highly rated with their clients. I was interested in an RC350 that I had seen while browsing their inventory. Prior to visiting, I got in contact with Dan and set up a test drive that same day. I live about an hour and thirty minutes away. Unfortunately, the car was less than ideal in terms of physical appearance, and Dan could tell that I was uncomfortable purchasing a vehicle with a significant scratch on the back bumper. He then got Nick involved. When I met Nick Manzi, their sales manager, he immediately made me feel that purchasing a car from this dealership was the correct move. He went above and beyond. He offered to repair the rear bumper because it was so badly scratched, and apologized for not being able to take the car that same day. Even though I had to wait a little, I couldn't be happier and more confident in knowing that this team knew exactly how to deal with their clients and their satisfaction. Three short days later, the car was good as new. They called me back in, and the car was absolutely pristine. Paperwork was a breeze, and everything that was promised was reflected on the documents. I honestly can't thank these guys enough for the lengths they went through. I can honestly say that I will be a lifelong client, and will happily refer anyone to this dealership. There wasn't any situation where I was confused on the process, and every sales representative at the dealership was attentive and friendly, even when they weren't directly involved in the process. Walking into Ray Catena Lexus in White Plains is unlike any experience I've had when it comes to car purchases. What was really impressed upon me, and what was incredibly obvious from start to finish was just how much everybody treats you as family. By the time all documentation was finished, I knew nearly everybody in the dealership by name.
