He did not try to push any decision onto me but rather gave me the facts and figures so that I could come to my own conclusion as to what was the best decision for me (i.e., lease a new vehicle or buy my current vehicle). He spent a tremendous amount of time with me, reviewed every single one of my questions and concerns, and never made me feel like I was under time pressure or that my questions were an annoyance. Both my cars were delivered on time in perfect condition and at the agreed upon price. My second deal was done completely over the phone and I only saw Steve when I swapped out my car.
