With the surprise that she was going to the dealership to pick up her new RX350 and not just to look at a particular truck she "may" like, it took a lot of help from the guys at Ray Catena, especially Ched. Behind the scenes and behind her back; Ched, Ralph, and Maher got me a fantastic deal on the 2015 model with the color of her choice. They got the truck detailed, tied on the holiday bow, and even slipped a mother's day card in the windshield without me there and had it ready to go when we arrived!
