This was the best experience I have had so far and the level of service far surpasses any other dealer. I have been car shopping since April at all luxury dealerships and could not make a decision. I just picked up an IS 250 this August and Osama concern for my happiness and satisfaction was the reason I took the car so quickly. His calming approach and emphasis on making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted caused me to make a decision overnight when I had been so indecisive for months prior! They are professional, knowledgeable and unbelievably helpful. Mike Liberti has been my sales representative for all three cars. Mike is a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and listens to his customers concerns and needs. He then places you in the perfect car for you. He never pressures you. He allows the car to sell itself. He answers all your questions. He values your time and your business. I cannot recommend Mike more highly. He has made my three experiences at Ray Catena easy and pleasant. This is a great sales representative in a great dealership. In the service department I have dealt with Anna Teniuch. She has stayed late when I have brought my car in late in the day, she is helpful, knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to work with. He provided me with all the information I was looking for including availability of stock and colors. Then I found myself in the dealership next day and actually met with him in person which was a real pleasure and then I started dealing with a Ed Bartoli the sales executive who walked me thru all the details of the transaction in a very friendly and professional way leading me to lease the RX350 and go home with it. My time was highly considered as well as my needs. I have to say that my 50+ miles trip from Morganville NJ was worth every mile of driving to meet with this professional group of people. They told me what they could do for me, which wasn't great. They told me that when I come back to return the car and get my new leased car, they would do better for me. My husband told me to go to Ray Catena in Larchmont. I sat down with a dealer. His name was Noel Greenstein. What a difference . He was so kind friendly. I really felt that he wasn't trying to deals at me to get me. He sat there and told me everything that he would do for me. I felt that I could trust him immediately. He spent a lot of time and didn't tell me that if I came back to him, I would get a better deal. He layed it all out right there and then. I went home and told my husband to come back with me and make the deal. My husband like him immediately also. We just didn't feel like we were being taken for I will always go back to him for now on. It was a very nice experience. Everyone else was kind. I highly recommend this dealership. More
