My New RX! My first leased car was an RX from this same dealership. I picked it up last night and all I can say is that I am beyond happy. Ralph, Jeff and Osama were beyond helpful, personable. They made you feel like you have been part of the Lexus family for years. Osama was very thorough and detailed. You did everything and anything he could to make sure I was well informed of the vehicle, its features/functions, price, financing details versus leasing. I am so happy with this experience, my I told my friend and she is now considering purchasing a new RX for herself! More

He is knowledgeable and listens to his customers concerns and needs. He then places you in the perfect car for you. He never pressures you. He allows the car to sell itself. He answers all your questions. He values your time and your business. I cannot recommend Mike more highly. He has made my three experiences at Ray Catena easy and pleasant. This is a great sales representative in a great dealership. In the service department I have dealt with Anna Teniuch. My time was highly considered as well as my needs. I have to say that my 50+ miles trip from Morganville NJ was worth every mile of driving to meet with this professional group of people.
