The day I entered this vehicle I was comforted by its engineering magnificence, reliability and quality from bumper to bumper. The car never let me down, the dealership service department kept my Lexus in top shape and when I was hit from behind a week ago by 3 cars literally piled up on top of each other, the car kept me safe, I walked away without a scratch but emotionally I was a wreck. I felt like I lost a loved one because it was declared a total loss, the bond of man and machine has exposed itself, tears filled my eyes just thinking about the 10 years of memories I had with my car. I felt I had no one to turn to, I emailed Nancy Sardos about a CPO in her inventory and told her my story she made an appointment for me to meet with Ed Bartoli to test drive a 2011 Lexus IS 250 AWD. When I arrived, still grief stricken they comfort me and had a box of tissues for me to dry my tears and the keys to the car I was interested in. It was great it had the same options as my good old 2004 Lexus touch screen navi and lots of extras, I felt at this point a renewal of hope. After the test drive, we discussed finance options and Ed and Maher Sayegh (I like to call him Mr. Mayor) helped me understand my finance options that would be a best fit. Two days later they had the car ready for me to drive home. As I form a new man and machine bond with my 2011 LEXUS IS250 AWD, I highly recommend you use this dealership for your Lexus purchase and service needs. They make your life so much easier and they treat you like a human being and sell you a car with its own personality. Also, Ed the sales guy gave me impeccable customer service and put me back on the road right after the weekend. He had it ready for me on Saturday but I was out of town on business. Excellence I came in just to view the stocvk of lexus rx350 with the idea of purchasinf\g although knowing it nprice wise it may have not been feasable since I h I came in just to view the stocvk of lexus rx350 with the idea of purchasinf\g although knowing it nprice wise it may have not been feasable since I had previously visited lexus of Queens and the sales rep told me there was absolutley no negotiation with price for any lexus. His exact words were "lexus does not negotiate prices". So I visited the larchmont lot and there the sales rep Jorge Ares was the and is the most wonder, profressional sales rep I have met in a long time. He reminded me of my wonderfule experience i had 10 years ago with Acura of Manhattan who went through tooth and nail to get me the car (eg:exterior/interior colorwise) I wanted. We sat down. Immediately he discusedded with me my options and reminded me that I always had the option of leasing my lexus whichis what I did with my acura(that I happened to lose in a very bad car accident by a person who ran a stop sign going about 90 miles per hour). He immediately gave me a discount from the start without me asking. There at that moment, although I would never show it, he had me. Jorge Ares was most pleasant, exceptional, wonderl, and exhibited the upmost professionalism. I could sit with him for hours. I am happy he was assigned to me. All I can say less than a week later, I am an owner of a Lexus RX350 2015. More

They were informative, friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to do business with!. The sales and service departments are excellent. For the past 18-20 years, we have been leasing our cars from Lexus of Larchmont but this time, there was a difference. We met Jorge Ares and within a short period of time, that very day, we "made a deal". Jorge is an excellent salesman but most important, he is a true gentleman who was able to sense our needs and concerns, address them with compassion, and treat us with utmost respect. Nancy Sardos was our first contact, and RCL could not hope for a better ambassador. From start to finish, Nancy was unfailingly responsive, enormously helpful, and always upbeat. She was a true pleasure to work with. We met Ed when we visited the show room for a test drive, and we can attest to the accuracy of the "review" of him written by his son and prominently featured on his desk. As his son noted, Ed is indeed very smart and very funny. (We have no doubt that his son is also correct that Ed is very strong; he just didn't have a chance to demonstrate that during the test drive.) Ed was extremely knowledgeable about the various Lexus models we were considering and made the decision-making process for us much easier. He was also just plain fun to work with. I informed him that I was interested in acquiring the 2014 GS350. Just interacting with him for 5 minutes I knew I wanted to do business with him. The process literally took us less than 10 minutes. This will be my second Lexus and was contemplating to go to BMW at first, because of Jorge's excellent customer service I was convinced that I came to the right place for my next car. Jorge is the epitome of Customer Service and all dealerships should try to emulate his high standards for customer service. Lexus did not gain my trust and loyalty it was Jorge. I will continue to keep coming back to Ray Catena for all my car care needs because of Jorge. More
