I never had to haggle about price or options in the car. He treated us with such personal attention that I fealt like he was a life long friend. I am a private chauffeur by trade and I deal with many different dealerships but this dealership is by far the best I've ever been to. I fully intend to lease a car in the future from Steve. Came in for an oil change and leased a new IS 250 I came to the dealership for service on my 2012 IS.I went to the showroom to look at the 2015. I sat with Ed Bartoli and told him if the price was rig I came to the dealership for service on my 2012 IS.I went to the showroom to look at the 2015. Afterwards, he listened to my priorities and was able to suggest the type of vehicle best suited to my needs and to negotiate an acceptable financial package. Osama calls me WAY before my lease is up to let me know that early termination is yet again an option so that I can jump into a new car before I overrun my mileage allocation. Service has also been VERY convenient for me since they opened the White Plains location as it is just 5 minutes from my house in Tarrytown. More
