I experienced a problem with my 2020 ES 350 and contacted the Dealership, I spoke witha Gentleman named Joseph and he was terriffic, he said bring it in now and they would check it out. I got low APR 4.25% without having to bargain. The sales people knew the cars very well. They knew exactly what is difference between the different packages and why they perform differently. The same company at a different branch they gave me 6.25%APR and the sales person knew nothing about the car when I asked the same question. Recently I have dealt with a lot of car dealers, car garages and HVAC people since there are something wrong with my old car and home central AC system. I have lost trust in a lot of people! But this time this experience helped me regained some of the trust. There are still some great people out there. Thanks for Michael and Manny! 100% I will recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a Lexus and you will not regret! More
