He had been recommended to me when I purchased my original Lexus and I didn't even consider using another salesperson at the dealership. Steve makes the buying or leasing experience non-threatening and he clearly explains all the options available to you. I have complete trust in what he tells me and in his recommendations for my situation. I would highly recommend Steve. He is a total professional and a credit to Ray Catena Lexus of Larchmont. So when it came time to look at a new vehicle, we decided to see what they had to offer. I sent an Internet inquiry which Nancy answered, and then had us work with Noel when we able to come in. Noel was great! He made vehicle model recommendations, and explained a lot during the test drive. We decided to lease this vehicle, and he was patient in answering the questions of first-time leasers. He contacted our insurance company directly for us to ensure the right amount of coverage, and even picked us up from the train station the night we got the car. We really felt that he was working for us, and hope he plans to stay there for a while so we can go to him for our next car! More
