He focused on my needs and making sure they were met, rather than pushing to sell me a car. I had visited a lot of dealerships prior to visiting Ray Catena and those other dealerships can not come anywhere close to comparing in terms of the staff, atmosphere, respect & professionalism at Ray Catena. They listen when you talk. I explained what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay for the vehicle plus my trade and after only 1 negotiation the sales manager agreed and o I explained what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay for the vehicle plus my trade and after only 1 negotiation the sales manager agreed and out the door i went with my new vehicle. I was there looking for a vehicle and your dealer was so clean and friendly it was amazing. No haggling, no back and forth. The transaction was quick and i was ready to pick up my car. The best car shopping experience ever. I would definitely recommend Tom or any employee at this dealer. Plus, I rec'd a lovely plant from the owners. I was thoughtful and I never in all the car buys I have never been treated this way. The Catena Family really does care about their customers. Thank you again. More
Quick and Painless I dealt with Ralph Gallina and this was hands down the least painful car experience I have ever had in my life. For this particular car I had went to I dealt with Ralph Gallina and this was hands down the least painful car experience I have ever had in my life. For this particular car I had went to 2 other dealerships before this where the 1st one would take hours or even days to get back to me each time (as I type this it has been 4 days that I am waiting to see if a certain car is in stock; so that dealership is taking so long that I am already in the car). Place number 2 went through the whole game of going back to the office and back to the desk a number of times flashing papers in front of me, keeping me there for over 2 hours telling me why they can not help me because of this, that and the other thing. Ralph was the exact opposite; no nonsense and no games. He cared enough to actually do some work and find me something that would suit me instead of pushing me in all sorts of directions. Being that I am only 31 years old I foresee myself doing a lot more business with Ralph. More

This is the second vehicle purchased from this dealership, the first was my wife's XF 1 year ago. I am sure you are keenly aware of the competition amongst dealers on new car purchases. But, you need to know the reason I decided to make my purchase from this dealership. And that reason is Gus Dimitropoulos. He is the reason we came back. First of all what a gentleman. He treats a customer with respect and works with you to address your needs. They say a good product will itself; and that is true. I could have chosen to make my purchase of this vehicle from other dealerships, one 15 minutes from my home. Instead I chose to drive 1 hour to see Gus with whom I have the relationship, confidence and trust. More
Ray Catena used good judgement I brought in my 4 wk old Land Rover, the plate covering the tow hook on the back bumper fell off...and they charged me to replace it; because and I qu I brought in my 4 wk old Land Rover, the plate covering the tow hook on the back bumper fell off...and they charged me to replace it; because and I quote; "you don't have the part that fell off so how do we know you didn't cause it to fall off and we have nothing to send back to Land Rover" ? I explained my position that this should be covered by warranty, since there was clearly no damage to the bumper so it must have either been installed incorrectly at the factory or loosened in transit. They stood firm, so I paid and left. I received a call a couple hours later and they credited my account. There is justice in the world, even if it took a little while. I More

We are first time customers with Catena, but have owned Range Rovers and Land Rovers in the past. We are so grateful Nick was selected to be our salesman for this new purchase. He was outstanding throughout the entire process, from our initial visit through ordering our car and delivery and followup. He took very good care of us, kept us apprised of the progress of the order and was proactive, efficient and service-oriented the whole way.
