Service department is pleasant, professional, fixes what needs to be fixed and doesn't add on stuff for the money. Ray Catena Land Rover (Edison, NJ) is definitely one of the best car dealerships I have dealt with in all my years of car buying experience. The entire staff is very professional, courteous and customer the best car dealerships I have dealt with in all my years of car buying experience. The entire staff is very professional, courteous and customer centric - and you can feel that vibe the moment you walk into their dealership! Same goes for the team who took care of our car buying experience - Vincent Gambardella (Sales Executive) and Chris Fincke (Product Specialist) They made our entire car buying process a pleasant, smooth and enjoyable one! Besides being master of their respective trades, they both are very honest, sincere, organized and most importantly patient!! - something every customer wants in their sales agents. Whether it was about showing the vehicle multiple times or crunching the numbers over and over again with every possible permutation/combination of lease and/or finance - Chris was very polite and patient through-out the process. Same with Chris - besides being a very sweet, kind and gentle person, he is also a 'GURU' when it comes to his knowledge of cars! He too was extremely patient in walking us over 'each and every' feature of the car at the time of the delivery. In short, in multiple situations they both went out of the way to help us. By the way, icing on the cake - we got a great deal too! They are the best in the whole tri-state area when it comes to car pricing! One may argue that these qualities are anyway expected from any car dealer staff...they get paid for it...etc. etc. but the reality (specially in today’s day and age) is often different from what it should be! My Service Advisor, Michael Indyk, and my technician, Jared Abrahamson did a wonderful job with my 2016 Land Rover. I had originally been taking my vehicle to Paul Miller Land Rover in Parsippany where Jared Abrahamson did a wonderful job with my 2016 Land Rover. I had originally been taking my vehicle to Paul Miller Land Rover in Parsippany where I had first purchased my car, and have been getting it serviced for the last 5 years. This particular time, I took my car to Paul Miller in Parsippanny on October 1, 2022 for my scheduled routine maintenance. I decided to wait with my husband while they were supposedly working on my car. I inquired about my brakes, and Mike Barbone told me, it's too early to get them done, you still have time, your truck is fine. I never received a detail report of my vehicle just the invoice, and receipt from which we paid. We left and a few weeks later, I started to hear what sounded like metal scraping noise coming from my vehicle. This went on for about three days beforeI made a phone call back to the dealership. I originally thought I was tripping out. I called Paul Miller Land Rover Parsippanny, and explained to them what I was hearing, and that I had my car there just a few weeks back for service. I was given the earliest appointment of November 10th. For me, this was an emergency, especially just had spent money to service my car and to do an overall inspection of my vehicle. I didn't feel safe driving while hearing that noise. Needless to say, they couldn't fit me in...Lol. I in turn called Land Rover Edison as soon as I hung up with Paul Miller Land Rover in Parsippanny, and immediately got a walk in appointment for the very next day. My technician Jared Abrahamson, found that my back brakes were definitely in the red, less than 20% remaining. My service advisor Michael Indyk notified my husband of what they found and what was causing the noise. Rear brakes were grinding, creating noise while the vehicle was moving. I needed to have pads, rotors, and wear sensor replaced. Also had my brake system flushed. They did an excellent job. Now my vehicle rides so smooth like the first day when I purchased my vehicle, and guess what no noise. I appreciate the swift action, care and work done on my vehicle. Needless to say I will never take my car ever again to Paul Miller Land Rover Parsippanny. When I inquired about not receiving a report, I got one today November 3, 2022 that didn't coincide with the actual time I checked out of their service department, nor did it show that I had any problems with my brakes...go figure...Shame shame....Mike Barbone. More
