From the moment I reached out to my salesman, Sanchit Verma, he listened to my concern, and within 10 minutes of getting off the call, I had my needs met and concerns resolved, along with an appointment made which caters to my very hectic and long work day. Where I thought the Ray Catena brand was the same at all locations, sadly it is not. My experience at the Marlboro location was left to be rectified by the amazing team at Edison. It is refreshing to work with such dedicated people who will go to whatever lengths to assist a client. Thank you Sanchit for helping me when my schedule limits my availability.
