Steven was aggressive in pursuing this transaction, yet he was systematic and strategic by not being overbearing. In fact, he was quite subtle in his approach. He worked with from every angle. He provided options that I did not even realize that were possible. Most significantly, he persevered, whereas the others dealership that I contacted had a lackadaisical approach to the whole process as if they were doing me a favor. Conversely, Stephen took a different approach which led to my ultimate decision of buying my vehicle at Ray Catena Range Rover. What an impressive young talent.
