Amazing Service by the Service Manager and Team I have been getting my 2003 G35 and 2009 FX35 serviced at Ray Catena Infiniti of BW since they opened. Since day 1, Shaun Spearnock the Service manage I have been getting my 2003 G35 and 2009 FX35 serviced at Ray Catena Infiniti of BW since they opened. Since day 1, Shaun Spearnock the Service manager, has been a stand up guy that embodies the ultimate customer service and satisfaction. Shaun and his team (Phil, Liz, Andres, Laura, AJ) are a pleasure. They are honestly committed to making sure you leave satisfied. Any issue with the car(s) has been solved quickly, efficiently, and painlessly. I secretly laugh when I hear horror stories from other people regarding a dealership experience at another dealership. Not the case here. Always spot on. My wife makes fun of me that I enjoy going to get my car serviced, but you can't beat a team that ensures my cars run perfectly keeping my family safe all while providing a loaner, a beautiful waiting area, and a genuine smile. Never leaving this place. I'm a lifer and not many people can say that about a dealership, especially a service department. More

Charles was more then accommodating, he went Recently I contacted Charles Johnson at Ray Catena Infiniti of Bridgewater to inquire about a 2014 QX60. Charles was more then accommodating, he went above and beyond to meet my needs. Charles found me the car that I wanted at the price point that I wanted. He offered to have the car delivered to and sign all paperwork at my house without even setting foot in the dealership. When I eventually did go to the dealership, it was inviting to walk in and finalize the deal. The QX60 is an amazing vehicles that exceeds my expectations. I will be an Infiniti of Bridgewater customer for a long time to come. More

This review is long overdue, and my apologies for the delay to Mark and Charles over at Infiniti of Bridgewater who worked hand-in-hand with us during our lease experience last December 2012. Having leased numerous vehicles before, I have a general cynicism for car dealerships as the uninformed tend to "get the treatment" - meaning if you don't know how to negotiate or know your #s, you'll get taken advantage of. Simply put, Ray Catena Infiniti of Bridgewater restored my faith in the car-leasing process. Mark Hernandez was our point of contact and exemplified what we look for in a dealer: -Quick response to inquiries (over email and the phone) -Honesty and flexibility -Genuine interest in your needs and constraints -Thinking two steps ahead and getting things done before we have to ask Mark initially fielded our lease inquiry via email and after a few interactions, I walked into Infiniti of Bridgewater with a clear idea of what I would be signing. The process from the initial email inquiry to when I walked out with car keys in hand was executed perfectly by Mark & Charles. No surprises whatsoever, unlike many other dealerships. They made us feel right at home and Mark even stayed with us 2 hours past business hours to close the deal. Talk about customer service! My husband and I stopped in to the dealership in February, in advance of my lease expiration, to view the Infiniti EX35.
