My experience with Ray Catena Infiniti of Bridgewater on this occasion was for vehicle service. I had found a pre-owned "unicorn" of an Infiniti QX70 at an off brand dealer and purchased it on gut instinct this occasion was for vehicle service. I had found a pre-owned "unicorn" of an Infiniti QX70 at an off brand dealer and purchased it on gut instinct and some basic info from AutoCheck. So, with great anticipation and a bit of trepidation, I took my newly acquired 2017 QX70 to Ray Catena to have them check it out and bring everything up to their standards of quality. I have used Ray Catena Infiniti in the past for service, and they were always great. This time, I connected with Guido Chavez as my Service Advisor. Guido was fantastic. He took his time, listened to my story about the car, and took seriously the trust I put in him to ensure this car left that day being safe and reliable for my family's travels. Guido was great. He kept me informed, inspected all that I asked and all he believed was appropriate, and identified needs that aligned with what little I knew of the car. I left 6 hours later very happy that my gamble on this car went my way, and smiling all the way home with the car driving like a dream. I would highly recommend Guido and Ray Catena Infiniti for your service needs. More

The service performed on my Q50 Tuesday June 14, 2023 was exceptional, the process was seamless, stress free and performed to my expectation. The staff was professional and a special notation to my Service M exceptional, the process was seamless, stress free and performed to my expectation. The staff was professional and a special notation to my Service Manager Steve. He always goes above and beyond to ensure that everything, regardless of the issue, is done properly and timely. Ray Catena should recognize and commend this individual for his outstanding customer service performance! This is NOT a one time occurrence. I have dealt with “Steve” since 2019 and he has never disappointed. He is one of the main reasons why Ray Catena Infiniti has become what it is, dependable, even in the economic times we’re in today. The Bridgewater location is new to me, but this was my 6th Infiniti from the Edison location. The dealership is always helpful and courteous from the front desk to the service department. However, the salesman, Grigory Rozenfeld, is one of the best and has been the only salesman I’ve dealt with from the beginning. He answers your questions honestly and doesn’t try to talk you into something you’re not prepared to do/buy. Much appreciated during a time when most things are stressful. More
