From Research to After Close - Professionalism +! I enjoyed a very positive experience working with Ray Catena Infiniti ("RCI") and Sales Consultant Kyle Deaver on finding a very good CPO. First of I enjoyed a very positive experience working with Ray Catena Infiniti ("RCI") and Sales Consultant Kyle Deaver on finding a very good CPO. First off, I found them online and appreciated their wide CPO selection. Their site provided high level detail and competitive pricing (relative to other dealers for similar product). I contacted them by phone and started working with Kyle Deaver from Sales. He was very responsive, knowledgeable and consultative (not selling a car...but finding a good fit). The car I was interest in was just sold...but Kyle worked with me to review their other inventory for alternative options (and help me find my current car). Coming in from CT, RCI had everything ready to go for a smooth transaction (including a reasonable trade-in and very good financing options). For the times I had to wait for paperwork processing, RCI had a very nice lounge area. Finally, post-close, I had some questions and vehicle history needs. Although the "deal was done", Kyle was excellent in his follow up and assistance. I highly recommend RCI as well as working with Kyle. More
