First time financing a CPO car I needed to upgrade my car from a 2004 G35x to something more reliable. I picked a G37x sedan certified preowned, the only color combination i liked I found at Bridgewater Infiniti. Ben walked me through the entire process and made the experience generally light hearted and fun, I had no issues and had a better than expected time. We talked about cars the entire time as were both car enthusiast and the entire experience was positive. He made the finance process clear and confirmed all my questions and concerns, I walked in with 13 year old beater and walked out with a beautiful 2013 G37x sedan within a couple hours. Ben is the man, thanks buddy. More

We actually went in to the dealership on a Friday to look at the new QX30, which ended up being a tad too small for us, so we decided on a QX50 in stock, midnight garnet w/chestnut interior, and filled out paperwork and put down a deposit. After thinking about it over the weekend, we changed our minds and wanted the white w/black interior. When we let Brian know on Monday morning, the day we were suppose to take delivery, he didn't even blink, he just said he wanted us to be happy with our purchase and found us a white QX50, with the same options, at another dealership. We also wanted to take delivery of the car the next day and Brian also made that happen, even though the car was coming from another location. Thank you, Brian! If you're in the market for an Infiniti, go see Brian...you won't be disappointed! Best customer service ever. More

Great customer experience Brian was easy to talk to and stayed within my price range while trying to get me more value in this purchase than anyone I've ever worked with in any Brian was easy to talk to and stayed within my price range while trying to get me more value in this purchase than anyone I've ever worked with in any sales environment. He knew I needed an SUV with three rows and could do well on gas as it is used for a pretty long commute. Because if that he kept me from buying a more expensive car in the qx80 and kept me at the qx 60 because other than wanting bigger it met my requirements best. So to make it more appealing he called around and found some other models. Poof they had one coming in that had a family package fully loaded. So this car saved me.money and gave me twice as many features that would keep the kids roomy comfortable but still entertained in long trips. Brian is very pleasant nice and genuinely tried to help me. Thanks Brian and everyone should buy a car from him. More

He convinced me to come to Ray Catena Infiniti in Bridgewater and I was glad I did. My original plan was to go to fette since it was closer. I personally liked his personality and energy over the phone. I had a 2015 q50 and wanted to see if the twin turbo of the new q50 was worth it. I will say this it definitely worth taking one of these on a spin. The acceration has a lot more kick and smoother transition in the gear. In the car communite you will hear that the original q50 (2014-2015) lost a lot of its driving spirit from the g series but this 2017 twin turbo q50 is a blast! I cant thank Ben enough for convincing me to take the drive to the dealership (I live in Ligingston). I learned that Ben is a car enthusiasts so the paperwork flew by quick and easy from just talking about car mods and different tuner cars. Ben didn't try to push me on to a different car with more options or try to upsell me on warranty. It was a seamless sale. Since Ben does everything from sale to finance you don't get handed off to a random finance manager trying to "leech" on to the sale. Ben walked me around the car after the prep team finished up washing and waxing the car to check for scratches or dents. Afterwards I had a quick run down on how to use the memory seating and navigation (had q50 before so knew almost everything except the new features). Before i left Ben gave me a Infiniti umberlla since it was going to rain later in the day which was very thoughtful. Denfinatly go to Ray Infiniti and talk to Ben! His a great guy and you won't regret it. More
