Back to Infiniti Twelve years ago I leased my first Infiniti, a Q45 (must say my best car). Next car was an Infiniti EX30, sporty, fast and an SUV. After 6 years with those vehicles, I was up to lease again, but the lease rates for the Infiniti was a bit high so I looked around. Buick had just introduced the LaCross and it reminded me of the Q45. The promotion was too good to be true and I leased the LaCross. I must admit the service was very good at the Buick dealership an I did like the LaCross. At time of renewal of the lease the monthly lease price on a new LaCross had jumped over $190 per month. The dealership sales staff became very aggressive in their sales tactics, but could never rationalize the cost increase. I walked from that experience and was able to get a Cadi SRX for $300/mo, so I went with that. Lease expired (24 mo) in April of this year. Cadillac has new version of the SRX, the XT5. The XT5 was now available for $420/mo. a $120 increase for the same car. Went back to Ray Catena and was interested in a QX30, offered a great lease deal. Did a test drive and felt it was a bit tight. The salesperson worked with me get into a larger QX50 with minimal increase in monthly lease rate. No pressure, no finance mombo jumbo, just the facts. Signed the deal right there and then. Happy to be back, and thanks to Tom Horan, Angelo and Chuck for a great welcome back treat. By the way, the QX50, rides smooth, comfortable and has the power of my old muscle car. More
