I had an emergent problem with my infinity. They were able to schedule me right away and have the problem looked at and rectified and back into my vehicle that afternoon. John Keane was my service advisor and was extremely thorough clear and helpful of making sure everything went smoothly and providing transportation to and from my residence. Also in a timely fashion. This is how you run a service department. 5 stars service for sure. I'd give more if I could. Also special thanks to the drivers Mike and Louis. And whoever cleaned my vehicle did an excellent job even did the tires. Just a great experience l. More

They have no shame to make critical recommendations valued at over $2,000, without actually looking underneath the hood and the actual car needs .Do NOT trust them! More so, when I asked the technician for explanations, they get defensive and take no responsibility for their recommendations. More

My experience at the Ray Catena Infiniti service department is the best service department that I have ever been at. Truly dedicated employees that make you feel like you are the most important per department is the best service department that I have ever been at. Truly dedicated employees that make you feel like you are the most important person there. Each and every time without exception my car is serviced exceptionally without any problems. When i leased my QX60 I was given a 4 YEAR 38K MAINTENANCE INCLUDED. When my car was picked up and brought in for periodic service, my rep Casper called me and insisted that my maintenance had co MAINTENANCE INCLUDED. When my car was picked up and brought in for periodic service, my rep Casper called me and insisted that my maintenance had come to an end in March 2023. I have paperwork that shows otherwise. Also there is no reason why a car with less than 20k miles should need all new breaks. I will not be coming back to Infiniti after this lease is up. Terrible More
