Ray Catena Audi of Freehold - Service Center

After total frustration with another Monmouth County Audi dealer's service, I contacted Audi Customer Support. They gave me 2 other dealers to try. I called each Dealership they provided. First took over a w dealer's service, I contacted Audi Customer Support. They gave me 2 other dealers to try. I called each Dealership they provided. First took over a week to return my calls. Audi of Freehold Service Manager Rob DeAndrea called me the same day and said they would be happy to look at my car and try to solve the issue. I brought my car in to them for service. The tech spent a few hours diagnosing the problem and found it. We had to wait a week for a part from Germany but John Lazzaro my service advisor keep in contact with me and kept my updated. He gave me an estimated cost for the job and it came in at that exact price. The car is now running great and I am thankful for Audi of Freehold. I would never go to another Audi Dealer as this was an Exceptional Service Experience. Great People!!! More

I brought my 2008 A4 B7 for a complimentary oil change. They did the oil change and I had them change my cabin filter too. They did an excellent job and washed my car too. Tony helped me with a repair for my 2016 Q5. He made sure the repair was covered by my CPO Warranty, set me up with a loaner vehicle and kept me informed throughout the process. Took my Audi A6 in with a flat tire and no heat in the cabin. Met Tony who set me up with a loaner car and I was off. Got an update call telling me the heat situation was covered under warranty and that cabin. Met Tony who set me up with a loaner car and I was off. (44k miles on tires) I did purchase four new tires and had them aligned but was very pleased that Tony came up with a solution to save me money. Took my 2017 Audi A6 for it's 40K maintenance. I was met at the door, introduced to my service rep Anthony Bruno, went over what would be serviced, got me into my loaner car and I was off. Received several texts giving me real-time updates of progress along with a video from my technician . Picked my car up after work which was washed and vacuumed. The gentleman who sold me the car, Ron Marvo , also stopped by to see how I was doing. Doesn't get much better then that. More
