Excellent Service I had a small issue with my brand new 2018 q5 but the issue was taken care of by Joseph Fattorusso and his General Manager. Customer Service was not good They delivered the car just fixing issue with no proper test. Great experience They did it again. I took my S5 in for service, I was offered a loaner. So I said to my service adviser, Jon, what do you have that's interesting? Fi They did it again. I took my S5 in for service, I was offered a loaner. So I said to my service adviser, Jon, what do you have that's interesting? First I was offered an A3, but he quickly withdrew that and offered me a 2017 A4 with a lot of on board toys. I took the car home and was more than pleasantly surprised. My wife took a drive with me, she loved the car. She said that she really liked the car and needed a change. We came back, the next night and drove away with a new car. Thank you all More

What a wonderful experience! If you live anywhere near this dealership and want to purchase an Audi, this is definitely the place to go!! We were traveling home from Florida and If you live anywhere near this dealership and want to purchase an Audi, this is definitely the place to go!! We were traveling home from Florida and stopped there to get some help with our key fob. Chris Gioffre, the service manager went out of his way to help us. He treated us like long lost friends. He took the battery out of his own key fob, invited us in for coffee while we waited and had our car washed. Salesman Florentino Ayende even made us a cappuccino coffee and told us about the cars on the floor. You couldn't ask for nicer people. My current car is a Lexus but I have been an Audi driver for many years. I loved my Audi! So, yes, definitely buy from Ray Catena Audi. You won't be disappointed! Great dealership, great people! More
