Routine Oil Change On Tuesday 12/11/18 I brought my Audi A6 in for routine maintenance @ Ray Catena Audi in Freehold NJ. I was provided by Mike Lopez a Beautiful clean l On Tuesday 12/11/18 I brought my Audi A6 in for routine maintenance @ Ray Catena Audi in Freehold NJ. I was provided by Mike Lopez a Beautiful clean loaner vehicle for the day as requested . Later that day I was contacted by Mike Lopez and informed that my Water Pump was leaking and that the vehicle needed to be worked on until the next day. On Wednesday when I returned with the loaner to pick up my vehicle I was all ready to hand the Service Manager my Credit card when he informed me that like the oil change and Water Pump were all covered by Audi. I was pleasantly surprised and Extremely Satisfied with my entire experience. Thank You Ray Catena Audi for your Professional and Honest Service. More
Outstanding service department I've been here 3 times now for warranty work with my 2011 Audi A4 Quattro. My car has over 116k miles so parts eventually wear out and/or fail. All I've been here 3 times now for warranty work with my 2011 Audi A4 Quattro. My car has over 116k miles so parts eventually wear out and/or fail. All three times my service person was extremely professional, courteous & helpful. Typically they give me a loaner - hassle free (and they tell you NOT to fill it up upon return). But this last time they were backed up because of Thanksgiving & unfortunately had no vehicle for me - so I do not fault them for that. Their level of service is so high that I wrote the service manager twice now to let him know how professional his crew was with me & how I appreciated it. When I'm ready for a new Audi - I will definitely buy from these guys. More

When speaking and dealing with him I received accurate and precise information. It might not always be the answer one wants to hear, but it is always an honest answer. Having that kind of employee makes the consumer coming back every time. The individual feels that will always receive the best service. This individual always displays this in this manner on how he deals with his clients. Rip off Purchased a new 2018 A5 Quatro that currently has 8300 miles. Two tires had to be replaced due to picking up nails. Paid $50 more for the replacemen Purchased a new 2018 A5 Quatro that currently has 8300 miles. Two tires had to be replaced due to picking up nails. Paid $50 more for the replacement of each tire than price at Good Year (for the same tire) but was told that I did not pay for the hazard insurance, that it CAME WITH the replacement tires. Call it what you want. I paid for the hazard insurance!! Following the replacement, one of the tires has to have air put in it every 3-4 days. I am a single woman and am out in the heat, cold and rain often so that I can dirve my car with hopes that I don't break down on the roads, or worse have a blow out. When brought back to them I was told there was nothing wrong with the tire. However, 3 days later it needed air again. Called back and in conversation was told the hazard insurance would probably not cover the repair. Tire goes from 38 lbs to 24 lbs. every 3 -4 days and dash displays a message that the tire is low in pressure. What else could it be? If it's not the tire than I fully expect that it should be under warranty. Was supposed to receive a call this morning, NOT. More

Brought my Q5 in for service and was greeted and treated with respect and courtesy. Joe Miller, service manager, made sure I was taken care of. Car problem was explained in detail and there were no tricks. There is something true when people say they are taken care of the "Catena" way. Will always recommend their company for anyone looking for a luxury vehicle. More
