I was quickly processed and checked in by Mike and checked out by John, both were courteous and attentive to my requests and service to-do list on my vehicle and quickly on my way to a good cup of coffee. (*An honorable mention goes to Chris Gioffre for his witted funny complement by the coffee machine which made me feel much at home!) This is a man that understands clearly what "customer retention" is all about!) It brought me back to the days I would chat with Ray at his Kearny store. The quality of automotive service received was tops in the engine bay and many thanks to Ryan for lending his expertise regarding some technical questions I brought to him. Thanks to Johnathan for ordering information and pricing regarding parts I would need on my next visit. Thanks to Rene for his expert diagnose and advice regarding paint care regarding bird/tree sap damage and simple how to tips to avoid permanent damage due to penetration of clear coat.
