Best Car Buying Experience Ever I, like many of you out there, hate car shopping because of the sales process- the hidden fees, the pressure, and the stress of it all. As soon as you I, like many of you out there, hate car shopping because of the sales process- the hidden fees, the pressure, and the stress of it all. As soon as you walk into a dealership the car salesmen jump on you and try to up sell you at every turn. Well, this isn't that kind of story because that did not happen here. In fact, Ron Marvo made the whole process fun, transparent and super easy. I sent an inquiry regarding the Audi Q8 in Orca Black and Ron emailed me back immediately that there were two options available that he would happily walk me through. The very next day Ron explained all the differences between the two models with zero pressure. Within an hour I made my decision (Premium Plus edition), signed all of my paperwork and was given a date and time to come pick up my new Audi. Ron was completely different from every other salesperson I have ever encountered- he actually cares about his customers, their needs, wants, and providing them with the best possible car buying experience. As a matter of fact, when I went to pick up my car one of Ron's former customers was there because he wanted to buy another car from Ron! Repeat customers are the best referrals.
