My wife & I had an appointment for our Audi Q 5. The drop-off was extremely easy, and very quick. We were directed to a Service Advisor, who greeted us and immediate brought up the car / appt. in The drop-off was extremely easy, and very quick. The car left the drop-off area before we left his desk. We were cordially escorted to the waiting area which was very clean and very comfortable. While waiting we were visited by the Service Manager. He asked if we were OK, and would we like water, coffee or anything. He was very friendly and gracious. We really got the feeling the Service Dept. "cares" about giving customers excellent service.
