They really value the customer before and after the sale I have been having my car serviced by this dealership since its opening, and about 4 months ago they won my business on a brand new A6. When I starte I have been having my car serviced by this dealership since its opening, and about 4 months ago they won my business on a brand new A6. When I started having issues with my new car, Rob(Service Manager, Larry(Salesperson) and Rich(GM) all helped address the issues I was experiencing. They helped me get a resolution to the issue in a timely matter. If it was not for their superior support I might still not have a resolution to the issue. I will be buying future cars from this dealership because they show how to treat a customer before and after a sale. More

Richie handled the numbers and was very accommodating, ensuring the transaction went off without a hitch.Vehicle and paperwork were ready at the agreed upon delivery time. Zero Pressure and overall great experience It was a zero pressure experience. I went in looking to test drive an Audi and think about buying one. The knowledge that Mark was able to provide and It was a zero pressure experience. I went in looking to test drive an Audi and think about buying one. The knowledge that Mark was able to provide and the awesome test drive, got me thinking that today could be the day I buy a new car. The overall experience was great. I got to ask a ton of questions and learn what I needed to about buying an Audi. Ultimately it made my decision easier and I drove away in my new Audi.
