From Day 1 Alex kept us apprised on the delivery estimates (or in this case, delays!). As you can imagine, we were not happy when Alex called us to say our car is ready but it wasn't actually the car we ordered! Audi delivered a stripped down version of the car we ordered, but they also delivered a car that met *most* of our configurations albeit in a different exterior and interior color. We negotiated a fair price with Alex's GSM (Dennis) and although we are still disappointed we didn't get exactly the car we ordered (not Alex's fault!), we are 110% satisfied with Alex's customer service. He went above and beyond the call of duty, even answering calls and texts on his off days. He added a personal touch by delivering the car to our driveway and demonstrating all the features of our new car. We love Alex and recommend him without hesitation. When you walk into Audi Freehold, ask for him and nobody else! More

I highly recommend Rob and his team . They are all very personable and from the gentleman taking your car in to be worked on by the mechanics to the service agent John who worked with my husband and I on the additional repairs needed. This is the second time I’ve tried to make an emergency appointment with this dealership. The first time was for a power steering issue and the most recent, for a convertible top malfunction. I was told that the earliest appointment was over a week away and, according to the service manager, the best they could do was take my name and phone number and call me back if there was a cancellation. I told him I couldn’t wait that long and needed my vehicle fixed as soon as possible. There was no offer of an emergency repair or a loaner vehicle. I originally purchased the vehicle from Ray Catena Toms River when the brand actually backed up it’s customer service claims. I’m very disappointed and needless to say I had the vehicle towed to another dealership, Audi of Eatontown, who went out of their way to get my vehicle in for the needed repair. More
