I traveled over 200 miles to take ownership of a pre-owned certified Audi SQ5 that Steve hand picked very high with their customer service approach. Rick my direct sales associate throughout the whole buying process went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed on all aspects of the vehicle. I visited Freehold Audi to get a new battery in my Q3. While it was being serviced I approached Kiki, my previous salesperson. I was interested in the Q5 as my lease was going to be up in May 2020. Phenomenal service! From Rob the service manager to John the service Rep. The General Manager Rich oversees everything.
