My goal was to purchase a fine German automobile with a manual transmission and a clutch which has become very difficult these days. After doing research I had settled on the Audi S4. I walked into the new Ray Catena dealership in Freehold and was very impressed. I first me with Steve the business manager who was very professional. I told him exactly what I wanted. He introduced me to a young salesman Matt Seuffert. We sat down to discuss the car. Within 10 minutes Steve and Matt had a price for me on what I wanted. 10 seconds later the deal was done and hand shakes exchanged. There was no haggle necessary. Steve & Matt delivered what I wanted and then some. I will be expecting a phone call from Matt as soon as the Audi S7 Sport back becomes available in America with manual transmission. For now I plan to get this S4 on the track!!! Where it belongs More

I met with Matthew Seuffert to discuss purchasing an Audi A3. He was readily available to answer all of my questions, even after I left the dealership. Matt came in to work on a day he was off, in the middle of a snowstorm, simply because the timing was convenient for me. That is truly what sold me on not only buying the A3, but buying from Matt and Ray Catena. When I picked up my brand new car I was greeted with congratulatory remarks from the entire staff. This put a smile on my face from ear to ear. Ray Catena concentrates on every detail, even down to Matt presenting me with a giffbag of items thanking me for my purchase. Matt followed up with me that day to make sure my new car was exactly what I wanted. I am confident that Matt would be there to answer any questions I had in the future involving the car, which is extremely comforting. I was even extremely impressed by the kindness I received while bringing my car in for its first car wash! The gentlemen took care of everything with smiles on their faces. My First Ray Catena Experience Before settling on the Audi Q5, I did a lot of shopping (BMW,Lexus,Infiniti). Out of all of my experiences, I felt the most comfortable at Ray Catena Before settling on the Audi Q5, I did a lot of shopping (BMW,Lexus,Infiniti). Out of all of my experiences, I felt the most comfortable at Ray Catena Audi of Freehold specifically with my sales associate Roberto Rivera. He answered all of my questions and did not pressure me into buying anything. He was patient while I was decision making and made himself available for questions before and after his normal work hours. When I finally decided to buy, he stood by his promise and helped me every step of the way. Even when I could not decide on a color, he walked out onto the lot to take additional pictures of the colors I was debating for a reference. When it was time to pick up my car, he spent a signifiant amount of time showing me how the car works and making sure every financial detail was correct and as discussed. I am so happy I found both Ray Catena Audi of Freehold and Roberto. I look forward to many more experiences with both in the future, and sending all my friends and family their way as well! More

This was my 3rd car purchase from Ray Catena (BMW of Westchester , MB of edison and now Audi of Freehold). Rob was great to deal with from start to finish. He answers my e-mails and calls immediately about all concerns and questions. I placed the order for my new 2015 Audi S4 in just under 2 hrs from start to finish including a test drive. I got a great price and treated like I was a valued customer ( I have had over 20 cars and not every dealership provides this great service like Ray Catena does). Rob did not try to push options/accessories that I did not want on the vehicle and provided me with honest and valuable input on what options he would get if he purchased the same vehicle. Needless to say I am every excited for delivery of my new vehicle once it is completed being built. More
