I prequalified so the entire transaction took about an hour. lane handled everything unlike other places where you go from salesperson to sales manger to finance manger and back to sales. he took his time to answer all my wifes questions and she had a few given her non tecky nature. we used lane as months ealier when my wife was looking at potential vehicles he took her for a test drive and was honest with his answers. do not hesitate to use lane and freehold audi!
