professional and quick leased a new audi q3 for my wife. first off the dealership is very clean and personnel are helpful and courteous. we used lane griffin and the entir leased a new audi q3 for my wife. first off the dealership is very clean and personnel are helpful and courteous. we used lane griffin and the entire purchase was handled quickly and professionally. I prequalified so the entire transaction took about an hour. lane handled everything unlike other places where you go from salesperson to sales manger to finance manger and back to sales. he took his time to answer all my wifes questions and she had a few given her non tecky nature. we used lane as months ealier when my wife was looking at potential vehicles he took her for a test drive and was honest with his answers. do not hesitate to use lane and freehold audi! Frankie Lopes is terrific! It was a pleasure working with Frankie. He located the car that I wanted and it was actually available sooner than he originally expected.
