Thank you Phil and Rich I walked into the Audi dealership and it was an experience much different than other dealerships. The showroom is large and uncluttered and perfectly I walked into the Audi dealership and it was an experience much different than other dealerships. The showroom is large and uncluttered and perfectly shows the automobiles. There is a receptionist who greets you and directs a sales person to you. I was lucky to have been referred to Phil Orapello. I chose the Audi A3 convertible because it was all wheel drive and a good value. My car payments worked right into my budget. It is a pleasure to drive, great pick up and I feel great in it!!! The dealership didn't have the exact car I wanted in stock.... but they went out of their way to locate it. They held the for me while I was on vacation....and stayed in touch with me...sending me photos and making arrangements till I came back. Phil is a great salesman and a nice person. He was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Rich Majewski, the General Manager, is a good business man and a true gentleman. I had some issues regarding my trade-in and he was able to work with me to make me comfortable with the transaction. I am grateful for his assistance. In general, this dealership is a notch above the rest....and the Audi car... well...its a dream come true. I am a satisfied customer! Outstanding Customer Service Frankie worked very hard for me, to find the exact car I wanted. I truly appreciated the ease of working with him through text, phone calls and visits Frankie worked very hard for me, to find the exact car I wanted. I truly appreciated the ease of working with him through text, phone calls and visits to the dealership as my work schedule did not always allow me the most time during dealership hours. The use of videos he made/sent on his phone showing me features in the car so I could make an informed decision was awesome, and not something I have seen with a salesperson before. Frankie came in on his day off two weeks in a row... first just to show me features in a car I was considering, the next week so I could take delivery of the car. Situations beyond Frankie's control, I had hoped to pick the car up a few days earlier than I was able due to scratch removal on the car required, but again I was appreciative Frankie came in on his day off so I could take delivery as soon as possible. He worked to get me the best possible financing thinking outside the box, and was persistent while not obnoxious following up even when I thought I was buying from another dealer. His pricing was sharp from the beginning making me take a second look at Freehold Audi over other dealers. Appreciated the no 'sales office' mentality at Freehold Audi. Not once did Frankie have to go talk with his manager or leave me at his desk waiting to fetch an answer. He was in control at all times. Never felt like I was waiting around or not acknowledged at the dealership whether from Frankie, other Freehold Audi professionals, the receptionist, etc. Would recommend Frankie Lopes to anyone interested in an Audi. More

Even though my husband works in the car business, Alex took the time to go over every aspect of my car, as well as all of the paperwork. He followed up with me a few days after my purchase to see if I had any questions or if he could do anything else for me. He definitely made me feel comfortable, knowing I can call him with any questions/concerns I have. I would definitely recommend going to see Alex. More

From the moment I got there, I received top notch service. When you get there you pull into an automatic garage that opens up and you pull into their super clean, huge garage. Their service team is immediately there to greet you. From that moment on, you know you are in good hands. Chris, the service manager took care of me and had my loaner ready for me. I was in and out within 5 minutes. When I returned to pick up the care it all of the necessary services were performed and my car was cleaned beautifully. The next time I purchase a vehicle, this will be my only stop. More
